The Waiting

Food delivery apps often make promises how long they’ll be, often turning up late with un-trackable drivers. To promote Deliveroo’s driver tracking and ‘on-time’ delivery pledge, we came up with a simple insight > When waiting for a food delivery, time goes slower than normal – and each passing minute feels like an hour. In this time as desperation and hunger grows, the mind can play tricks on you. We wrote a radio campaign to bring alive this drama.
